Ann Marie (Wise) Gillespie

Ann Marie Gillespie, née Wise, age 74, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 13, 2025. Born on November 16, 1950, Ann lived a life defined by courage, devotion, and an unwavering love for her family and friends.

She is survived by her two daughters, Samantha Marie Kincaid (Kayla) and Abby Marie Duncan (Jimmy), who were the pride and joy of her life. She also leaves behind her cherished granddaughters, Adaline Elizabeth Duncan and Nora Rose Duncan, who brought her endless light and laughter.

Ann devoted 52 years of her life to Continental Tire, where she served as an Executive Assistant. Her dedication, professionalism, and warm spirit earned her the admiration of colleagues and lifelong friendships that she treasured deeply.

Ann was a passionate gardener who found joy creating beautiful gardens. She loved staying busy and offering helping hands wherever she went.  She was instantly recognizable from her signature long red braid that she had her entire adult life. She also greeted every person she met with her signature beautiful smile and an infectious laugh that could brighten any room. 

She is reunited in peace with her beloved husband Thaddeus, her parents Stanley and Wilma Wise, and her brothers Frederick Wise and Michael Wise. She will be forever remembered and deeply missed by her surviving siblings: Daniel Wise, Mary Elizabeth Kreitz, David Wise, Thomas Wise, and John “Jack” Wise.

Ann’s legacy lives on in the countless lives she touched, with kindness, strength, generosity, and a love that will continue to guide her family for generations.

May her memory be a blessing and her laughter echo in our hearts always.
