It is with deep sorrow to announce the passing of Mr. Bobby Phillips, 66 of York, South Carolina. His family will have a Celebration of Life 3:00pm on Thursday, November 14, 2024 at Sanctuary Hills Church of God of Prophecy 1289 Lincoln Road in York, SC, his final resting place will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery. A public visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday evening, November 13, 2024 from 5:00pm - 7:00pm.
