Mr. Calvin Yates Garvin, 71 of Gastonia, North Carolina, transitioned into eternity on Monday, January 5, 2026. His family will celebrate his life on Friday, January 16, 2026 at Faith Funeral Home & Cremation Chapel. Public visitation will begin at 11:00a- 11:30a, Home-Going Service will begin at 11:30a. His final resting place will follow at Langrum Branch Baptist Church Cemetery in York, SC.
