It is with heavy hearts to announce the passing of Mr. Herbert A. McDowell affectionately known as "Waxer" whom transitioned into eternity on February 20, 2025 in Rock Hill, South Carolina. His family and friends will celebrate his life well lived on Friday, February 28, 2025 at Flat Rock Baptist Church in Clover, South Carolina at 1:00pm, family will receive friends at 12:30 prior to service. His final resting place will follow at Pleasant Grove Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Sharon, South Carolina.
A public visitation will be at the funeral home from 5 PM to 7 PM on Thursday, February 27, 2025.
