James Eugene McDaniel

Mr. James Eugen McDaniel, Jr. was born on July 7, 1957 to the late James McDaniel, Sr. and Barbara Kincaid Brookshire. He went to his Heavenly home on December 13, 2025. He was a devoted husband, amazing father, brother and an incredible grandpa. 

James a was Marine, he proudly served his country in Vietnam, he later became a truck driver and a tow truck driver for many years. He loved riding his Harley Davidson every chance possible. He loved many things, but nothing was more important than God, His family and his friends. 

In addition to his parents, he reunites with his wife, Sonya McDaniel and his step- parents. 

James will be deeply missed and remembered by his children, Darrell (Jennifer) McDaniel, Christopher McDaniel, Kayla (Steven) McDaniel, Dylan McDaniel; grandchildren, Loriann, Jason and Jayce; brothers, Scott (Angie) McDaniel, Ray (Pat) McDaniel, Frank (Wendy) McDaniel, Dewayne (Brenda) McDaniel and step-sister, Debbie (Billy) Braswell. A host of other loved ones and friends.

His Celebration of Life will be on January 24, 2026 from 2p to 4p at Faith Funeral Home.
