Ruth Ann Kelly

Ruth Ann Brooks Kelly was born September 22,1948 to Marvin Clinton Brooks and Lula Ruth Brooks. She passed from this earth June 20, 2026.

She was loved by many. Her kind, happy and outgoing personality drew new friends to her everywhere she went.

Ruth Ann loved country music, her favorite artist was Sammy Kershaw. She enjoyed many concerts and meeting some artists in person. She truly cherished North Carolina, The mountains was her favorite place to be.

She grew up in a large family and was very close to her six siblings, she considered her sister Linda to be her best friend.

Ruth always said the favorite time of her life was raising her children. She was a loving mother who always put her children first. She made sure they were all able to participate in any activity they wanted.

She was preceded in death by a stepdaughter Katherine Sisk whom she loved dearly.

She is survived by her children, Roger Dale Sisk of Farmersville, TX, Cynthia LeAnn Mann, of Duncan,OK, Deborah Faye Sisk of Purcell, OK, Robert Clinton Sisk and wife Lynn Sisk of Iron Station, NC, Stepson, Jamie Sisk of McKinney,TX, Grandchildren, Brittany Sisk and close companion Bailey of Spartanburg,SC,  Amber Dunn and wife Rebekah of Duncan, OK, Heather Mann and fiance Caleb Pharaoh of Duncan,OK, Cassandra LeAnn Prince and Branden of Pauls Valley,OK, Rusty Gottfried and Andrea of Missouri and Breeanna Gottfried of Pauls Valley,OK and many great grand children. As well as her favorite niece Angela Anzalone and husband Jason.

She was dearly loved and will be missed by her Friends and the amazing staff at Lincolnton Rehabilitation Center.
