Mr. William "Billy" Tolbert, Jr. 76 of York, South Carolina gained his heavenly wings on February 22, 2024 in the comfort of his home. His celebration of life will be 2:00p Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at Tabernacle of Praise in York, burial will follow at Lakeview Memory Gardens. Public visitation will be at the funeral home Monday, February 26, 2024 from 5-7pm.
